Mathober is a month-long event to create art inspired by math-related terms, one for each day of October.
Newton fractals are generated by applying Newton’s method of finding roots to a complex function. The plot is usually colored by how many iterations were taken to converge to some value.
Here’s a collection of songs that I wrote and made myself. I usually make all my music using the Caustic3 mobile or desktop app. My music tends to be loosely 8-bit or electronic.
Fractal flames are images produced by placing points according to rules depending on randomness or the location of the previous points, known as a chaos game. Then the points can be further modified by functions that modify the whole grid of points.
